WHO IS MINC?
Established in 2010, Minc Talent is a SAG-franchised agency that provides commercial, print and theatrical representation. Our agents and staff have worked on camera and behind the camera as actors, casting directors, producers and more. This collective experience provides a unique perspective and philosophy in how we approach our role as agents.

WHAT IS MINC’S PHILOSOPHY?
We’re not looking to play a numbers game. We exert extraordinary energy and effort with a core group of talent to establish partnerships to create success. We have elected to remain a boutique agency to accommodate the time needed for solid communication and relationship building with the talent we represent. We work hard and expect the same from our talent. We provide transparency with what we do so every actor on our roster is equipped with the information needed to take full responsibility for their careers. We aim to take the question marks out of the typical actor/agent relationship and embrace open and honest communication.
